How do I schedule a tour of the community?
Tours may be scheduled through our property website, our ILS listings, or by calling the leasing office.
Do you have virtual or self-guided tours available?
Yes. Virtual tours are available and may be arranged by text, email, or phone.
What are your Leasing Office hours?
Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM <br>
Saturday: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM <br>
Sunday: Closed
Do you offer any move-in specials?
Please contact the leasing office or visit our website for information about current leasing specials.
What income requirements do you have for applicants?
Applicants must earn at least three times the monthly rent in gross income.
What is your Application Fee?
$50 per applicant age 18 or older.
What is your Administrative Fee?
$199 per unit.
Do you require a Security Deposit?
Yes. A $500 security deposit is required with approved credit. Based on the credit application, the maximum security deposit may be up to 1.5 times the monthly rent.
Do you accept co-signers or guarantors?
Yes.
Do you allow subletting or lease transfers?
No.
Do you require Renters Insurance?
Yes. Residents are required to maintain renters insurance with $100,000 in liability coverage.
When is rent due each month?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month and is considered late after the 3rd.
What is the late fee policy?
A $50 late fee is charged after the 3rd of the month, plus an additional $10 daily thereafter.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Online payments through the Resident Portal, cashier's checks, money orders, and pay slips.
What utilities are included?
Water is billed through UB West. Residents are responsible for electric service through APS.
What appliances are included?
Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, and oven.
Are washers and dryers included?
No. Two on-site laundry facilities are available for residents.

Yes. One covered parking space is available for each apartment for $10 per month.
